There is hereby adopted, for the purpose of establishing regulations and standards for the detection and elimination of illicit discharges into the storm drainage system throughout the city the “DuPage County Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination Ordinance” (the “County Ordinance”) in effect on May 26, 2009, as the Illicit Discharge Detection Elimination Ordinance of the city, as if fully set forth in this chapter, and each and all of the regulations therein, including any and all amendments that may, from time to time, be adopted by the County of DuPage. Copies thereof shall be made available in the Community Development Department.
