§ 160.03 INSPECTIONS.
   The Plumbing Inspection Department shall make or cause plumbing inspections to be made, as follows:
   (A)   During installation: The Plumbing Inspector shall, during installation of a plumbing system or equipment, make or cause plumbing inspections to be made to assure compliance with the Plumbing Code adopted in this chapter. No work in connection with a plumbing system shall be covered or concealed until it has been inspected as prescribed in this section, and permission to do so has been given by the Plumbing Inspector.
   (B)   On completion of work: The plumbing contractor shall notify the Plumbing Inspector whenever the work shall advance to the point of completion of the installation as shown on the application for a permit therefor. The Plumbing Inspector shall make or cause to be made an inspection of the work within a reasonable time after notice of the completion of the plumbing installation, including any tests that may be necessary to determine that the installation complies with the Plumbing Code.
