The city's subdivision regulations and zoning code shall apply to any subdivision or development within the city, and the city's subdivision regulations and the DuPage County Zoning Ordinance shall apply to any subdivision or development outside the city but within 1-1/2 miles of the corporate limits of the city, for all maps or plats of any subdivision of land, as defined herein; and all PUD's with respect to §§ 159.05(A)-(C), 159.06, 159.08(A)-(B), 159.09, 159.10, 159.11(A)-(B), and the subchapter entitled "Land Dedication for Park, Open Space and Recreation Purposes", in accordance with authority vested in the municipality under the provisions of ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 11-12-5 and 11-12-12.
