§ 152.02 NOTICE OF PARTIAL WAIVER.

This chapter shall serve as notice that the city has been recognized as a partial waiver community by the County of DuPage for purposes of the enforcement of the DuPage County Stormwater and Flood Plain Ordinance within the city's territorial jurisdiction.
