The International Existing Building Code, 2009 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., is hereby adopted as the Existing Building Code of the City of Oakbrook Terrace to address repair, alteration, addition or change of occupancy in existing buildings as therein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions, and terms of the International Existing Building Code, are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set forth in this chapter, except for the local amendments set forth in § 150.13 hereof.
