The International Energy Conservation Code, 2018 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., is hereby adopted as the Energy Conservation Code of the City of Oakbrook Terrace to address the design of energy-efficient building envelopes and installation of energy efficient mechanical, lighting and power systems through requirements emphasizing performance as therein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions, and terms of the International Energy Conservation Code, are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set forth in this chapter, except for the local amendments set forth in 150.09 hereof.
