§ 139.04 CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELINQUENCY OF A CHILD.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly or willfully cause, aid, or encourage any boy or girl to be or to become a delinquent child, or to knowingly or willfully do acts which directly tend to render any such child so delinquent.
   (B)   For purposes of this section, a delinquent child is any minor who, prior to his or her 17th birthday, has violated or attempted to violate, regardless of where the act occurred, any federal or state law or municipal ordinance.
