(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter to which no other specific penalty applies shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 130.99.
(B) Any person who violates § 133.04 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $75 nor more than $1,000, plus the costs of prosecution, for each violation. For purposes of § 133.04 and this section, each visual image produced, reproduced, recorded, duplicated, stored, displayed or transmitted in violation of this section shall constitute a separate offense subject to the foregoing fines.
