§ 115.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FILLING STATION. A retail establishment at which motor vehicles are refueled, serviced, and sometimes repaired.
   FIRE MARSHAL. The Office of the Illinois State Fire Marshal.
