For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BIDI CIGARETTE. A small, brown, hand-rolled, flavored cigarette.
BUSINESS SELLING TOBACCO PRODUCTS. A retail establishment of any kind that is engaged in the sale of tobacco products as defined herein.
SELL OR SALE. To sell or offer for sale at retail, barter, exchange, deliver or give away or cause or permit a sale at retail, barter, exchange, delivery or giving away.
SMOKELESS TOBACCO. Any tobacco products that are suitable for dipping or chewing.
TOBACCO PRODUCTS. Any substance containing tobacco leaf, including, but not limited to, cigarettes; cigars; pipe tobacco; loose tobacco, plants or herbs intended for smoking; snuff; smokeless tobacco; or related smoking accessories.
VENDING MACHINE. As defined in § 118.01 of this code.
