§ 113.02 LICENSES REQUIRED; FEES.
   (A)   No person shall keep, conduct, or operate for profit any amusement use, game area, or amusement device without first being licensed to do so as hereinafter provided.
   (B)   License fees for each coin-operated amusement device shall be $25 per year. In the event a coin-operated amusement device upon which an annual license fee has been paid is removed and replaced by another coin-operated amusement device, a $5 administrative handling fee shall be payable on the replacement device.
   This transfer application shall be filed in the office of the Clerk.
   (C)   The fees for the following amusement uses shall be as follows:
Arcade/video game room
