§ 111.048 PETS AND OTHER ANIMALS IN GROCERY AND MEAT MARKETS.
   No owner or person having the care or custody of any pet or other animal of any type shall permit any such pet or other animal of any type, other than a service animal, to enter or remain in any grocery, meat market or other place where foodstuffs are sold or on display.
