§ 111.047 COMPLIANCE WITH DUPAGE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS.
   No license for a food dealer, grocery or meat market shall be issued unless the applicant provides evidence that the DuPage County Health Department has inspected and approved the premises for compliance with its requirements. The Health Department permit shall be displayed in a conspicuous place on the premises.
