For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
FOOD DEALERS. Establishments selling or offering for sale at retail any and all sorts of food or food products, including non-alcoholic beverages, intended for human consumption, where the same are not be consumed on the premises.
GROCERY. An establishment for the retail sale of any or all foods and food products, except raw, fresh, or frozen meats, fish, poultry, and game, whether conducted on the "self-help" basis or not. This definition includes, also, delicatessen shops and fruit and vegetable stores.
MEAT MARKET. An establishment for the retail sale of raw, fresh, or frozen meats, fish poultry, or game.
