§ 111.039 PUBLIC INTOXICATION; INTOXICATION IN PRIVATE RESIDENCE.
   No person shall be or appear in any street or public place or in any place or premises open to public view within the city, under any circumstances, if such person is in a state of intoxication or drunkenness. No person shall be or appear in any private residence or other private place within the city, under any circumstances, if such person is in a state of intoxication or drunkenness that causes a nuisance or annoyance of other persons in such private residence or place.
