§ 111.027 CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES.
   It shall be unlawful for any licensee having a Class B or Class I license under this subchapter, which limits sale of alcoholic liquor only in original packages and not for consumption on the premises, or any licensee's liquor manager or employees, to sell or offer for sale any alcoholic liquor for consumption on the licensed premises, or to permit alcoholic liquor to be consumed on such premises.
