§ 111.016 CHANGE OF LOCATION.
   (A)   A retail liquor dealer°s license shall permit the sale of alcoholic liquor only in the premises described in the application for the license. Such location may be changed only upon written permission of the Commissioner to make such change, and upon receipt of any required permits or approvals from the Community Development Department.
   (B)   No change of location shall be permitted unless the proposed new location is a proper one for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor under the laws of the state, and under the ordinances of the city, including the City’s zoning code. The fee for permission for a change of location shall be $1,000. No additional license fee shall be payable, unless the change in location is accompanied by a change in type of license (See § 111.010(G)), but a new license shall be issued to reflect the new location.
