§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   The Police Department is authorized to issue citations, on a form approved by the Chief of Police, upon a reasonable belief that any person has violated the provisions of this chapter, in accordance with the following procedures:
      (1)   Citations shall be issued in accordance with procedures for issuance of citations for ordinance violations generally;
      (2)   Upon receipt of a citation alleging a violation of any section of this chapter, the violator shall be required to appear in court on a scheduled date for prosecution of the violation.
   (B)   The penalty for conviction of a violation of any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be a minimum of $50 and a maximum of $750. The penalty for conviction of a violation of §§ 92.21 through 92.23 shall be a minimum of $100 and a maximum of $1,500. Each day a violation continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
