§ 92.09 DISPOSAL OF ANIMAL WASTE.

The person responsible for any dog or other domestic animal shall be equipped to immediately remove and properly dispose of any animal waste deposited by such animal on any land or property owned or controlled by another person, or on a street or other public right-of-way.
