(A) It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle upon any public street in the city at any time within 12 hours after a snowfall of one inch or more has occurred.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $75 and not more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition, any vehicle parked in violation of this section may be towed by the Police Department pursuant to the provisions of § 72.17.
