No person, partnership, corporation or other business entity shall deposit or cause to be deposited any snow or ice on or against a fire hydrant, regulatory sign, sidewalk or street within the city. It shall be unlawful to pile or otherwise allow snow along driveways to such a height as to obstruct the vision of drivers seeking access to and from any city street.
