§ 53.06 DAMAGE TO CITY TREES, SHRUBS AND OTHER PLANTS.

It shall be unlawful for any person, other than a franchisee of the city operating in accordance with state law or any agent of the city, to cut; carve; break; climb upon; paint; uproot; remove; attach a rope, wire, sign or any other contrivance to; or in any way injure or deface any city tree, shrub or other plant.
