§ 53.05 INTERFERENCE WITH WORK ON CITY TREES, SHRUBS AND OTHER PLANTS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to prevent, delay or interfere with the city, or any of its agents, while they are engaging in the planting, pruning, removing, spraying, maintaining or protecting any city trees, shrubs or other plants, or trees on private property, as authorized in § 53.03(A) of this chapter.
