§ 52.52 CONSTRUCTION PERMITS FROM OTHER AGENCIES.

In obtaining approval from the city, plans and specifications may be required from other governmental agencies or non-governmental parties as follows:

(A) Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA);

(B) Illinois Department of Transportation - Division of Highways (IDOT);

(D) DuPage County Department of Trans- portation (DuDOT);

(E) Township Road Commissioner;

(F) Hinsdale Sanitary District (HSD).
