(A) Any person cited for and convicted of violating any provision of § 51.02 or § 51.03(B), (C), (E), (F), (G), (H) or (I) shall be fined not less than $75 and not more than $750 for each such offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) Any person cited for and convicted of violating the provisions of § 51.03(A) shall be fined not less than $125 and not more than $750 for each such offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(C) Any person cited for and convicted of violating the provisions of divisions (D) and (K) of § 51.03 shall be fined not less than $250 and not more than $1,000 for each such offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(D) Any person cited for and convicted of violating the provisions of § 51.15 shall be fined not less than $250 nor more than $1,000.
