(A) The City Administrator , Chief of Police, Public Services Director and Director of Community and Economic Development or their designees are hereby authorized and directed to inspect for and investigate possible violations of this section, and to issue such citations and orders as they deem necessary to enforce the provisions of this chapter. Persons receiving citations for violations of this chapter shall be prosecuted in the manner provided by law.
(B) The Director of Community and Economic Development or a designee are hereby authorized and directed to attach a statement to all building and demolition permits issued by the city advising the permittee of the requirement to use the services of the appropriate disposal franchisee for collection and removal of construction debris within the city, giving the name and phone number of the disposal franchisee.
