§ 50.07 PROHIBITED DISCHARGES TO A SANITARY SEWER COLLECTION SYSTEM.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to introduce into or make any connection to a sanitary sewer collection system which is designed to or which could permit the introduction of any stormwater, rain water, surface or roof run-off, ground-water seepage from building drain tile systems, liquid petroleum products, or any material which is or could form an explosive or flammable or toxic substance into the sanitary sewer collection system.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to throw or deposit in any receptacle connected to a public sanitary sewer collection system or within such a system any solid matter which may have a tendency to become lodged in or obstruct any sanitary sewer collection pipe.
   (C)   Sump pumps used to drain basements and footing drain tiles shall not be connected to the sanitary sewer collection system or building drain tile system.
