§ 50.02 SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM CONNECTION REQUIRED.
   Every building with an installed plumbing system, which is intended for human habitation or occupancy and located within 100 lineal feet of a public sanitary sewer collection system, shall have a connection to such public sanitary sewer collection system.
