§ 39.03 INTERPRETATION OF PROVISIONS.

Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to impair the power contained in any existing ordinances of the city giving powers to the Police Department and Fire Protection District within the city's boundaries, but this chapter shall be construed together with existing ordinances now in effect for the safety and welfare of the citizens of the city.
