§ 35.103 ECONOMIC INCENTIVE AGREEMENTS.
   The tax imposed under this subchapter shall not be deemed a "Municipal Sales Tax" or "Sales Tax" for purposes of any economic incentive agreements entered between the city and any business upon which the tax established under this subchapter is imposed.
