§ 35.026 LICENSE SUSPENSION; REVOCATION.

The failure to comply with any obligation imposed by this subchapter shall be grounds for the suspension or revocation of any business license issued to a hotel-motel in accordance with the procedures set forth in § 110.99 of this code.
