§ 35.025 ENFORCEMENT BY CORPORATION COUNSEL.
   Whenever any person shall fail to pay any tax as provided by this subchapter or when any owner, operator or licensee of a hotel in the city shall fail to collect the tax from any person who has the ultimate liability for payment of same, the Corporation Counsel shall, upon request of the City Administrator, or in the absence of the City Administrator, the Mayor, bring or cause to be brought an action to enforce the payment of said tax on behalf of the city in any court of competent jurisdiction.
