§ 35.011 REPORT TO STATE REQUIRED.
   Every person engaged in such business in the city shall file on or before the last day of each calendar month, the report to the Illinois Department of Revenue required by Section 3 of the Retailer's Occupation Sales Tax Act (ILCS Ch. 35, Act 120, § 3).
