§ 33.103 EXPENSES OF TECHNICAL ADVICE OR SERVICES.
   If the Commission shall deem it advisable to secure advice or services on technical matters, it may do so upon authority from the City Council unless said advice is offered to the Commission at no cost to the Commission or the city.
