The Hotel, Convention and Visitors Commission's powers and responsibilities shall include:
(A) Advise and recommend to the City Council on matters concerning the conduct and funding of any hotel and motel advertising program;
(B) Assist in the development and review of a budget for the advertising of hotel and motel packages and other special events concerning the promotion of overnight stays within the city limits; and
(C) Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to it by the City Council from time to time.
