Each of the Commissioners shall serve on the Commission until he or she is no longer the managing agent of a hotel located in the city. The new managing agent of such a hotel shall automatically fill the vacancy of his or her predecessor managing agent. The Commission members shall elect a chair of the Commission to serve during the municipal fiscal year.
