§ 33.092 COMPENSATION; EXPENSES OF TECHNICAL ADVICE OR SERVICES.
   (A)   All members of the Planning and Zoning Commission except the chair shall receive compensation for their services at $150 per meeting and its chair shall receive compensation for his or her services at $200 per meeting, provided that they actually attend the meeting and their presence is recorded in the official minutes.
   (B)   The recording secretary to the Commission shall receive $75 per meeting provided that the recording secretary actually attends the meeting and his or her presence is recorded in the official minutes. If the recording secretary is a full-time or part-time regular employee of the city, all work performed for the Commission shall be paid according to applicable state law and the city's personnel policies concerning straight time and overtime hours. If a member of the Commission assumes the role of recording secretary, he or she shall receive compensation for such services at $60 per meeting, provided that such member actually attends the meeting and his or her presence is recorded in the official minutes. The recording secretary compensation shall be in addition to the compensation for attendance as a member of the Commission.
   (C)   If the Planning and Zoning Commission shall deem it advisable to secure advice or services on technical matters, it may do so upon authority from the City Council.
