§ 33.060 CREATION; COMPOSITION.
   (A)   There is hereby created a Board of Police Commissioners which shall consist of three members, whose terms of office shall be:
      One member until May 1, 1982,
      One member until May 1, 1983 and
      One member until May 1, 1984.
   (B)   Thereafter, each member shall be appointed for a three-year period.
