§ 33.051 REMOVAL OF MEMBERS FOR LACK OF ATTENDANCE.
   If any member of a city board or commission, appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council fails to attend three consecutive meetings of such board or commission, then the Mayor may remove such member and the position shall be vacant and subject to appointment to replace that member.
