§ 33.005 FINGERPRINTING SERVICE FEES.
   In the event the Police Department provides fingerprinting services to any individual or entity who is not a public officer or public employee seeking such services for public business, the Police Department shall charge the following rates:
   (A)   Residents - $0.
   (B)   Non-residents - $25.
