§ 32.022 CUSTODIAN OF RECORDS AND DOCUMENTS.
   In addition to the record of ordinances, resolutions, and other records which the Clerk is required by state statute to keep, the Clerk shall keep and be the custodian of a register of all licenses issued, and the payments thereon, which register shall be provided to the Clerk by the city's Finance Department; a record showing all of the officers and members of boards and commissions of the city, including the date of their appointments and the length of their terms; and such other records as may be required by the City Council.
