The Clerk or any Deputy Clerk shall seal and attest all ordinances, resolutions and contracts of the city, certain licenses and permits, and other such documents as shall require this formality. The seal of the city may be mechanically or digitally printed on certain licenses, permits and other such documents, so that a manual seal by the Clerk is not necessary, but all documents with a mechanical or digital seal, as provided herein, shall nevertheless be considered officially sealed city documents.
