§ 30.75 DRUG FREE WORKPLACE CONTRACTOR CERTIFICATION.

For each and every public works contract and other contracts for services rendered to the city, the city shall require the contractor to execute a certification that it is in compliance with the Drug Free Workplace Act, ILCS Ch. 580, Act 30, §§ 1 et seq., as amended.
