A city directory of information, procedures and methods for requesting information and public records, as required by ILCS Ch. 5, Act 140, § 4, and a list of categories and types of records, as required by ILCS Ch. 5, Act 140, § 5, shall be prominently displayed in the city’s general offices, made available for public inspection, and sent through the mail upon request.
