§ 30.02 FOIA OFFICER TO PROVIDE RECORDS; REQUEST FORM.
   (A)   An FOIA Officer and certain Assistant FOIA Officers shall be designated by the Mayor. All such officers shall successfully complete the electronic training curriculum developed and administered by the Public Access counselor - Assistant Attorney General.
   (B)   Records may be obtained from the city's FOIA Officer or an Assistant FOIA Officer at City Hall. The request shall be made in writing, and the city will have a form available for making such a request if desired. Regardless of whether the city's form is used, any request for records shall indicate if the request is for a commercial purpose.
