ORDINANCE 99-21

   AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF OAKBROOK TERRACE

   WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, has completed the 1999 S-6 (current through Ordinance 99-01, passed 5-11-99) supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Oakbrook Terrace, which supplement contains all ordinances of a general and permanent nature enacted since the last approved supplement to the Code of Ordinances of this City of Oakbrook Terrace; and

   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Oakbrook Terrace, DuPage County, Illinois, as follows:

   Section 1: That the 1999 S-6 supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Oakbrook Terrace as submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, be and the same is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in its entirety.

   Section 2: Such supplement shall be deemed published as of the day of its passage and approval by Council and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to insert such supplement into the copy of the Code of Ordinances kept on file in the Office of the Clerk.

   Section 3. All ordinances or parts of thereof in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

   Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication as required by law.
