§ 125.15 EXCEPTIONS.

(A) Rental dwellings licensed and inspected by the state or federal government, including, but not limited to, nursing homes, retirement communities and rest homes; and

(B) Rental dwellings used or owned by other governmental agencies and public housing authorities and otherwise inspected by them for compliance.
