§ 125.13 CRIME FREE HOUSING PROGRAM SEMINAR.

Every property owner or property manager of rental dwelling property within the city that has been found or adjudged to have violated any provision of this chapter shall attend and complete the city crime free housing program seminar prior to the issuance of a rental dwelling license renewal.
