C. Driving Range Fee: The cost of range memberships is six hundred fifty dollars ($650.00) for golf members, eight hundred fifty dollars ($850.00) for residents and one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for non-residents.
D. Surcharge: In addition to any greens fees or membership fees paid, each person utilizing the golf course at the Oak Brook Golf Club shall pay a surcharge of five dollars ($5.00) per round of golf played.
