The system of water supply and distribution established, built and constructed in the village, or outside of the village in areas served by the village, is public property under the control, jurisdiction and management of the village. All extensions to the system located on public ways and public utility easements shall become the property of the village upon acceptance by the village. (Ord. G-637, 7-13-1999)
